Lanes Prince Albert Apple

Apple Lanes Prince Albert was originally named Victoria and Albert by its raiser Thomas Squire of Berkhampstead in the 1840s. Needs little attention to reliably produce heavy crops.

Not a heavy cropper but its yellow- green skin with a red flush has a juicy sweet flesh with a strong aromatic hint. Best eaten straight from the tree.
