BORAGE (BORAGO OFFICINALIS)

Once a commonly cultivated in gardens as an annual herb. Beautiful blue flowers which appear March to September and look very effective when used as decoration frozen in ice cubes. The flowers, along with the leaves, have the flavour of cucumber. It is a good wildlife plant.

Economy - rooted into its pot but a further season before moving up a pot size.
Premium - more growth in its pot. More mature than Economy
