A compact form reaching only 2 to 3ft making a pleasing rounded shape bush with a good display of vivid deep pink to deep crimson 'Mophead' type flowers during late summer. The the strong flower colours are ideal for 'hot' planting compositions. Originated as a sport from a old variety called Alpengluhen around 1977.
