More mature than Economy In its homeland of North Island New Zealand, Knightia excelsa makes a large handsome evergreen tree with glossy green pointed leaves and bearing interesting deep crimson flowers. A very different and unusual tree for the collector and enthusiast. Needs to be sited with care.
