MAGNOLIA BUTTERFLIES

Magnolia Butterflies has amazing butter yellow flowers with lovely red stamens making this one of the better yellow flowered Magnolias that has been bred. Growing to around 6m tall, in time this Magnolia makes a good compact small tree or large shrub. Good sized flowers in late spring just as the green foliage comes out.

Bred by Phil Savage in the USA, during his quest to breed the perfect yellow Magnolia. A cross between magnolia acuminata and Magnolia denudata
