Introduced in 1890 by the Abbe Delavayi, this very beautiful small leaved and slow growing diminutive shrub comes into its full glory when in April its highly perfumed white Jasmine-like flowers appear.
Often mistaken for Holly this rather lovely evergreen shrub grows slowly to make a large shrub. Its deep green glossy foliage always looks smart and acts as a perfect foil for other planting. Flowers sweet scented in autumn.
