OZOTHAMNUS ROSMARINIFOLIUS

A plant ideally suited to hot dry sites, if the silvery grey stems and dark green narrow leaves are not enough then the long lasting intense red flower buds followed by sprays of white scented flowers should be enough to stop anyone in their tracks. One of the hardiest of the species and introduced from Australia around 1827.
