YUCCA GLORIOSA

Makes a small tree like subject up to a couple of metres if conditions suit. Known as Adam's needle and for good reason the glaucous green leaves end with a hypodermic needle sharp tip. The creamy white flower panicles often with a hint of red on the outside are lifted on tall stems some 2metres high, a most impressive sight at the end of summer
