"Thanks for helping us find the plants we were looking for - and a few more that caught our eyes besides - amongst the great and varied selection on your nursery. We are very pleased with the plants and will doubtless be back for more. Good value all round.

I recently bought an Ilex Verticillata from you and just wanted to say I was very impressed with your service from the email update of stock availability to packaging of the plant and delivery. Thank you.

Yucca filamentosa

£7.71  -  £25.00

This stemless species has erect, slightly glaucous strap-like leaves whose margins are covered in curly white threads. Slow to flower, it produces a conical panicle up to 2m tall which holds large creamy-white flowers.

Yucca filamentosa Bright Edge

£17.79  -  £22.24

Similar to the species, but with a creamy white margin to the leaves. Makes an excellent plant for warm dry situations.

Yucca flaccida Golden Sword

This spiky evergreen shrub helps create a sub-tropical effect in a garden. Plant in a hot, sunny, well drained position where it will reach upto 3ft tall in 20 years.

Strong glaucous green leaves emerge from the base of the plant. Each sword-like leaf has curly silver threads to their margins. Perfect for a well drained warm position.

Yucca gloriosa

£14.23  -  £1,500.00

Large creamy white flower pannicles often with a hint of red on the outside are lifted on tall stems some 2metres high, a most impressive sight at the end of summe.

Yucca gloriosa Variegata

A good plant for all lovers of 'architectural plants'. Leaves margined and striped with creamy yellow

Originates from California and introduced in about 1854 and though proving here to be quite hardy it really requires siteing carefully in a warm sheltered spot when you would be rewarded by large fragrant greeny white flowers
