Arbutus andrachnoides is a hybrid between the Grecian strawberry tree A. andrachne and the more familiar Kilarney strawberry tree A. unedo. It shares a number of characteristics from both parents, including a relatively hardy constitution along with evergreen foliage, plus stunning cinnamon red bark, urn shaped white flowers, which fade to a delicate pink appearing in autumn and winter along with those fascinating and conspicuous red strawberry like fruits. A truly stunning combination.

Makes only a small tree or large shrub which can be used to great effect and be admired all year round.

Available in economy and premium selection
