Violet willow, as its name suggests, has purple young shoots with silky grey catkins in late winter and early spring. Salix daphnoides is a must for the wet/water-planting scheme.

Violet Willow plants are dispatched as bare root hedging from November to end March or as pot grown hedging all year round.
