We offer a unique range of English-grown trees, shrubs and climbers for hire, perfect for weddings, civil partnerships, corporate events, art installations, media, film and TV sets. What to Expect When You Hire from Us
How it Works
We operate primarily in East Anglia and work closely with you to create a design that suits your venue and theme. Our team handles everything – from delivery and installation to collection – making the process smooth and stress-free.
Nursery Visit
We offer an initial viewing appointment at our 30-acre nursery, where a member of the hire team will guide you through the available trees and explain how the process works. If your event is more than a year away, we recommend visiting during the same month the event will take place to see how the trees will look at that time of year. If you're not local, a trusted friend or family member is welcome to visit on your behalf.
Booking
Once you're ready to go ahead, we’ll confirm availability for your date and request a £150 deposit to secure your booking. We limit the number of events per day to ensure each one gets the attention it deserves.
Final Selection
10–14 days before the event, we’ll meet at the nursery to tag the trees and finalise the plan. Adjustments can still be made at this stage – we understand your ideas might evolve. We’ll send the final invoice, payable 7 days before installation.
Installation
We deliver, waterproof and dress each tree before securely installing them in your venue. If you’re available during setup, you can guide any final tweaks – otherwise, we’ll agree on a plan in advance to ensure everything looks just right.
Collection
We ask that trees are watered appropriately during the hire period – we’ll advise depending on your selection. After your event, we’ll collect everything and leave the venue clean and tidy. Best of all, the trees go on growing and can be reused again – a sustainable alternative to cut flowers.
A Few Things to Note
Our minimum hire charge starts at £625 (Bronze package), with bespoke packages available on request. Prices include VAT, and delivery is free within 15 miles of the nursery — for longer distances, just get in touch to discuss. Installations or collections outside of standard hours (evenings, weekends, or bank holidays) may incur a small surcharge. Battery-powered fairy lights are available, and we can also offer larger trees by arrangement.
