CLEMATIS CIRRHOSA FRECKLES

Clematis Cirrhosa Freckles is a superb evergreen clematis has strikingly large pale yellow flowers heavily spotted and streaked in red, so much so that the flowers from a distance appear more red than yellow. These beautiful flowers surprise and delight by appearing often from early winter right the way though until spring making this clematis a perfect addition to any winter garden.

A relatively new introduction which was produced by Raymond Evison in the late 1980s from seed he collected from the Balearic Isles. Clematis Cirrhosa Freckles has been awarded the RHS award of Garden merit so it comes highly recommended.
