NORFOLK REED (PHRAGMITES AUSTRALIS)

Commonly seen on wet or marshy ground where large stands of reed make for a fabulous East Anglian sight. Tall flowering stems and broad leaves that sway and bend in unison in the slightest breeze. Extensively used as the Norfolk Reed of thatching.

Norfolk or Common Reed a tall and imposing very invasive and hungry plant making it ideal for natural or wild landscapes. Being much used these days in waste water filtration systems and earth work stabilization schemes

Available in economy and premium selection

Economy - rooted into its pot but a further season before moving up a pot size.
Premium - more growth in its pot. More mature than Economy
