QUERCUS DOUGLASII - THE BLUE OAK

The Blue Oak is very rare to be seen for sale in the UK and is a must for any collector of oaks or for anyone wanting to plant something different. The name blue Oak comes from the fact that the leaves which are shallowly lobed have an attractive blue green tint to them.

Quercus douglasii is native to California where is will grow into a small tree or large shrub with a very open habit. Suitable for planting in dry conditions and in full sun.

Available in economy and premium selection

Economy - rooted into its pot but a further season before moving up a pot size.
Premium - more growth in its pot. More mature than Economy
